6. Approval of a bench of pre-qualified Environmental Planning Consultants\nto prepare environmental documents for development projects.\nStaff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve the list of consultants to be used for Environmental\nConsulting Services for three years ending May 15, 2027, that\nincludes Placeworks, ECORP, UES, MIG, Dudek, De Novo Planning\nGroup, SWCA, First Carbon Solutions, Rincon, and Eco Tierra; and\n2. Approve and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee\nand City Attorney to execute Agreements in substantial form to that\nattached as Attachments 1-2, subject to any non-substantive\nchanges made by the CEO and City Attorney.
