Environmental Considerations: Pursuant to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act, environmental clearance for the project\nwas provided under the Final Environmental Impact Report for the North Coast\nHighway 101 Streetscape Improvement Project (10-035 DR/CDP/EIR and 10-\n036 GPA/SPA/LCPA) and the Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact\nReport (SUBC-005527-2022) and NEPA was completed (HUD Grant No. B-\n23-CP-0159, SCH No. 2015091084) for the North Highway 101 Drainage\nImprovements Project (CD23A).?
