Set a public hearing for the June 5, 2024, City Council meeting to accept public\ntestimony regarding the delinquent solid waste accounts from Calendar Year\n2023 to be applied to the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 County of Riverside property\ntax roll for collection.\n10.10 CalRecycle Local Assistance Grant\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Accept the CalRecycle Senate Bill 1383 Local Assistance Grant in the amount\nof $292,997; and\n2. Adopt a resolution authorizing an increase in revenue and appropriation of\nexpenditures in the amount of $292,997 to a program account as assigned by\nthe Finance Department; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all necessary\ndocuments to implement and administer the funded programs.\n10.11 Senate Bill 1 List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2024/2025\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 list of projects funded\nby the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 under Senate Bill 1; and\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director, or designee, to submit the required list of\nprojects and accompanying resolution to the California Transportation\nCommission (CTC).
