14. CONSIDER THE FORMAL ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LIBRARY/COMMUNITY\nCENTER COMPREHENSIVE SITE PLAN AD HOC COMMITTEE FOR THE\nLIBRARY/COMMUNITY CENTER SITE PLAN PROJECT AND SELECT AND APPOINT\nTHE MEMBERS TO THE COMMITTEE\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Formally establishing a fourteen-member Brown Act Ad Hoc Committee, to be known\nas the Library/Community Center Comprehensive Site Plan Ad Hoc Committee,\ncomposed of two Councilmembers, one Library Board Trustee, one Community\nServices Commissioner, one Friends of the Library representative, one Senior\nCitizens’ Foundation of South Pasadena representative, and eight at-large\n4\nmembers; and\n2. Appointment of the following slate for the fourteen positions of the\nLibrary/Community Center Comprehensive Site Plan Ad Hoc Committee:\n3. Bianca Richards, representing the Library Board of Trustees;\n4. Leslie Albe Field, representing the Community Services Commission;\n5. Kristen Dubé, representing the Friends of the Library;\n6. Alexandria Levitt, representing the Senior Citizens’ Foundation;\n7. Tom Afschar, as an at-large member;\n8. Rich Elbaum, as an at-large member;\n9. Tony Hou, as an at-large member;\n10. Eugene Kim, as an at-large member;\n11. Victoria Rocha, as an at-large member;\n12. Dean Serwin, as an at-large member;\n13. Julia Wang, as an at-large member; and\n14. Jasmine Wong, as an at-large member.
