APPROVE ISSUANCE OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO GREENFIELDS OUTDOOR FITNESS,\nANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,463.03 FOR FITNESS EQUIPMENT FOR THE\nLA HABRA HILLCREST HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER\nThat the City Council:\nA. Utilize the cooperative purchase provision of a competitively bid contract awarded by Sourcewell, contract\n#010721-GRN, for the purchase of outdoor fitness equipment for the La Habra Hillcrest Health and Wellness\nSite, per La Habra Municipal Code Section 4.20.070 (C); and,\nB. Authorize the City Manager to issue a purchase order in the amount of $40,463.03, using funding from a\nProvidence St. Jude Grant, to Greenfields Outdoor Fitness, Anaheim, California, for the purchase of new\nGreenfields Outdoor Fitness Equipment.
