2.N. REPROGRAMMING OF SOCIAL SERVICES CONTRACT SAVINGS [C.\nSCHROEDER, D. MURRAY, M. ULLOA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive a report on social service\ncontracts and consider a reallocation to augment critical social services\nprogramming.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor services with Bet Tzedek Legal Services by $401,503 for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $722,706; 2) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the\nAgreement for services with Healthcare in Action to increase the\nagreement by $51,918 for a not-to-exceed amount of $619,235; and 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents incident\nto the Agreement.
