2.O. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nNEXTECH SYSTEMS, INC. FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM AND\nRELATED EQUIPMENT [S. CAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR, R. GARLAND]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Nextech Systems, Inc. for traffic signal system and related\nequipment to increase the not-to-exceed amount and extend the\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Nextech Services, Inc. to increase the amount of the\nagreement by $75,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 and\nto extend the agreement to June 30, 2026; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
