The feasibility assessment will include\nprojected costs, timeline, and logistical considerations.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to assess the feasibility of having\nan outdoor ice rink in West Hollywood Park in December 2024, including\nissuing a Request for Qualifications to solicit necessary information from\nqualified vendors about location suitability, projected costs, timeline, and\nlogistical considerations; and 2) Direct staff to return to the City Council\nwithin 60 days with an update.
