3.A. USER FEE STUDY AND PROPOSED FEE RESOLUTION FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2024-25 [L. QUIJANO, A. RUIZ, C. DUNCAN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will hold a public hearing, consider all\npertinent testimony, and consider adopting a resolution establishing fees\nand charges for certain services provided by the City of West Hollywood\nfor Fiscal Year 2024-25. The City Council will also receive and file the\nupdated User Fee Model prepared by Willdan Financial Services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Staff recommends that the City Council hold a\npublic hearing, consider all pertinent testimony, and adopt Resolution No.\n24-________: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF WEST HOLLYWOOD ADOPTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR\nCERTAIN SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD;” and 2) Receive and file the Updated User Fee Model\nprepared by Willdan Financial Services.
