2.U. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES FOR AS-NEEDED\nEVENT PLANNING SERVICES [Y. QUARKER, A. LOVANO, J. DEL\nTORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of Agreements for\nServices for as-needed event planning services in support of events within\nthe purview of the Community and Legislative Affairs Division.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Agreement for Services with Lee\nAndrews Group, Inc. for up to $150,000 with an expiration date of June\n30, 2025, with up to three one-year renewal options; 2) Approve the\nAgreement for Services with The Perfect Event, Inc. for up to $150,000\nwith an expiration date of June 30, 2025, with up to three one-year\nrenewal options; 3) Approve the Agreement for Services with Utopia\nWorldwide Inc. for up to $150,000 with an expiration date of June 30,\n2025, with up to three one-year renewal options; 4) Approve the\nAgreement for Services with Zynger Events for up to $150,000 with an\nexpiration date of June 30, 2025, with up to three one-year renewal\noptions; and 5) Authorize the City Manager or designee to sign and\nexecute all documents related to these Agreements.
