APPROVAL OF A 2024-2029 MUNICIPAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD AND THE LOS\nANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL CARE AND\nCONTROL TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ANIMAL CONTROL\nSERVICES [D. RIVAS, V. ADOMAITIS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving a five year contract\nwith the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control to\nprovide comprehensive animal control services for the City of West\nHollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Municipal Services Agreement with\nthe Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control for a five\nyear period, in a not-to-exceed amount of $350,000 ($70,000 per year), to\nprovide comprehensive animal control services; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager to execute all documents related to this Agreement.
