GILMOUR, L.\nBIERY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider extending the deadline by ten\n(10) days to remove or convert temporary OUTZones in the public right-of-\nway to permitted permanent outdoor dining.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the outlined proposal to extend by ten\n(10) days the deadline to convert temporary OUTZones in the public right-\nof-way to permanent outdoor dining, and for OUTZones subject to\nOrdinance 24-11 until all required permits can be approved by the City;\nand 2) Adopt Resolution No. 24-_______: “A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA,\nAMENDING THE DATE BY WHICH TEMPORARY OUTDOOR DINING\nAREAS SHALL CONVERT TO PERMANENT OUTDOOR DINING.”\n3.
