LEAGUE, J.\nDAVIS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 2 to\nthe Agreement for Services with Dudek to provide environmental review\n(CEQA) services for the Sunset Arts & Advertising Program (SAAP) policy\namendment project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Dudek to provide environmental review services for the\nSunset Arts & Advertising Program policy amendment project for an\nincreased amount of $34,680.00 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of\n$96,556.00 to cover the costs of providing additional services; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents incident\nto the Agreement.
