7. AGREEMENTS WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND\nTHE SAYLER GROUP FOR CLEAN CALIFORNIA MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT\nAMENDMENT NUMBER ONE\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Amendment Number One to Maintenance Agreement with the California\nDepartment of Transportation to continue the Clean California Program and authorize\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute and administer the amendment, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n2. Approve Amendment Number One to Maintenance Services Agreement with The\nSayler Group Corporation to continue to provide maintenance on Caltrans\nRight-of-Way and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer the\namendment, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
