Approve Project 44070 Costa Court Area Street Rehabilitation Project plans and\nspecifications.\n2. Approve the following budget transfers and appropriations in CIP Project 44070 Costa\nCourt Area Street Rehabilitation:\n· $2,659,000.00 American Rescue Plan Act Revenue Replacement Funds (Fund 74)\nfrom CIP Project 44589 CIP Project Annual Residential Street Program to 44070\nCosta Court Area Street Rehabilitation Project within the Capital Projects Fund\n(Fund 74)\n· $80,000.00 Sewer Enterprise (Fund 47) from CIP Project 51419 Annual Sewer\nReplacement Program to 44070 Costa Court Area Street Rehabilitation Project\nwithin the Sewer Enterprise Fund (Fund 47).\n3. Award $2,378,611.90 construction contract for Costa Court Area Street Rehabilitation\nProject to Vido Samarzich, Inc. and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute\nand administer the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
