14. CONTRACT WITH WILLIAMS PIPELINE CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR\nCANDLEWOOD AREA WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Candlewood Area Water Main Replacement Project plans and\nspecifications.\n2. Approve $1,460,000 Water Fund (Fund 44) budget transfer and appropriation from\nCapital Improvement Project (CIP) Project 53250 Water Main System Replacement to\nCIP Project 53054 Candlewood Area Water Main Replacement within the Water Fund\n(Fund 44).\n3. Award $1,298,246 construction contract for Candlewood Area Water Main\nReplacement Project to Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc. and authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute and administer the contract, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
