Approve the Professional Services Agreements with three consultants, each in an amount not to\nexceed $200,000, for on-call broker services to support current and future economic development\nactivities for a two year term beginning July 1, 2024 with two additional two-year extensions; and\nauthorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, administer, and implement the agreements\n[CBRE, Inc., Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc., and Kosmont Real Estate Services, dba\nKosmont Realty].
