Authorize the City Manager to execute an\nagreement with Outdoor Dimensions, LLC to build and install digital marquees\nat six properties across the city for a one-year term in a total aggregate\namount not to exceed $1,859,909 subject to change orders (not to exceed\n25% of the base bid amount) in accordance with the Greenbook: Standard\nSpecifications for Public Works Construction.
