20.\nConstruction Contract to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. in the Amount of\n$823,888 for the ARPA Neighborhood Streetlights – Phase II Project with an\nEstimated Project Delivery Cost of $1,071,054 (Project No. 22-1388) (Non-\nGeneral Fund) (Revive Santa Ana)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: 1. Award a construction contract to Elecnor Belco\nElectric, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, in accordance with the base bid in\nthe amount of $823,888, subject to change orders (not to exceed 25% of the\nbase bid amount) in accordance with the Greenbook: Standard Specifications\nfor Public Works Construction, for construction of the ARPA Neighborhood\nStreetlights – Phase II Project, for a term beginning May 21, 2024 and ending\nupon project completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract.\n2. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery\ncost of $1,071,054, which includes $823,888 for the construction contract,\n$123,583 for contract administration, inspection, and testing, and a $123,583\nproject contingency for unanticipated or unforeseen work.\n3. Determine that, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the\nrecommended actions are exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption\nEnvironmental Review No. ER-2024-28 was filed for Project 22-1388.
