Accept a one-time grant for the Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) Program under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security\n(CARES) Act, H.R. 748. with the County of Orange in the amount of $100,000\nfor ADA improvements at the Arovista Park Upper Parking Lot Project (CIP\n7948).\n— 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-033 authorizing the Mayor or his/her\ndesignee to execute, for an on behalf of the City of Brea, the necessary\nagreement(s) and/or any other documents or actions required by the grant.
