5. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL STAFF 24-197\nSUPPORT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR\nVARIOUS PARKS PROJECTS\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute a\nfive-year Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with each consulting firm\nlisted below from May 21, 2024 - May 20, 2029, in substantially the form as\nattached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney for on-call\nstaff support and program management services for various parks projects:\n· Interwest Consulting Group (Interwest)\n· Ladayu Consulting Group (Ladayu)\n2. Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute future amendments\nwith the above-listed firms including any potential increases in compensation\nas long as the amendments are within the approved allocated amount of\n$650,000.\nAttachments: 1.
