1. FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-2025 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN IDENTIFYING 24-204\nFUNDING PRIORITIES FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\nBLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS\nGRANT (HOME) PROGRAMS\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Hold a Public Hearing regarding the FY 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan.\n2. Approve the recommended allocation of $1,189,331 for FY 2024-2025\nCommunity Development Block Grant, which includes the annual\nallocation of $971,431 prior year(s) uncommitted program funds in the\namount of $187,000, and $30,900 in CDBG program income (CDBG\nlien/loan repayment).\n3. Approve the recommended allocation of $558,943 for the Fiscal Year\n2024-2025 HOME Investment Partnerships Grant, which includes the\nannual allocation of $395,571 prior year(s) unused administrative\nresources in the amount of $54,702, and $108,670 in program income\n(HOME lien/loan repayments).\n4. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-XX in order to:\na. Approve the FY 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or the City Manager’s designee, to\nsubmit the FY 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan to the U.S.\nDepartment of Housing and Urban Development.\nc. Designate the City Manager, or the City Manager’s designee, as\nthe official representative of the City to administer the programs\nand to execute and submit all required agreements, certifications,\nand documents required by HUD, and execute all subrecipient\nagreements for the use of funds approved in the FY 2024-2025\nAnnual Action Plan.\n5.
