J.2. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONFIRM A DIAGRAM AND ASSESSMENTS FOR\nLIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 2014-01 FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2024/25 (RESO NO. CSD 2024-__) (Report of: Financial & Management\nServices)\nRecommendations: That the CSD:\n1. Conduct the Public Hearing on the proposed levy of real property\nassessments for Moreno Valley Community Services District Lighting\nMaintenance District No. 2014-01.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2024-__, a Resolution of the Board for the\nMoreno Valley Community Services District of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, Confirming a Diagram and Assessments for Fiscal\nYear 2024/25 in Connection with Moreno Valley Community Services\nDistrict Lighting Maintenance District No. 2014-01.\n3. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to adjust the proposed\nassessments in the event there are any parcel changes, clerical errors,\nor other adjustments as may be necessary between the date the\nassessments were calculated and the date the fixed charges are\nsubmitted to the County of Riverside, provided the applied\nassessments do not exceed the maximum assessments and are in\ncompliance with the formation documents for the district.
