I.17. APPROVE USE OF EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS AND ASSET\nFORFEITURE FUNDS TO PURCHASE LAW ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT\n(Report of: Police Department)\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the Police Department to purchase law enforcement\nequipment, related software, and support at a cost of $113,528.80;\nand\n2. Approve the use of Equipment Replacement Reserve funds and Asset\nForfeiture funds and the proposed budget adjustments as set forth in\nthe Fiscal Impact section of this report; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to approve a Purchase Order with\nPrecision Survey Supply, LLC, for the law enforcement equipment,\nrelated software, and support for a total cost of $113,528.80.
