Conduct a Public Hearing to consider continuing the current Zones A,\nC, D, E, M, and S Moreno Valley Community Services District annual\nparcel taxes and charges as proposed for Fiscal Year 2024/25.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2024-__, a Resolution of the Board for the\nMoreno Valley Community Services District of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, Approving the Continuation of the Maximum and\nApplied Parcel Tax for Providing Zone A (Parks and Community\nServices) Services During Fiscal Year 2024/25, and Calculation\nThereof.\n3. Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2024-__, a Resolution of the Board for the\nMoreno Valley Community Services District of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, Approving the Continuation of the Maximum and\nApplied Parcel Tax for Providing Zone C (Arterial Street and\nIntersection Lighting) Services During Fiscal Year 2024/25, and\nCalculation Thereof.\n4. Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2024-__, a Resolution of the Board for the\nMoreno Valley Community Services District of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, Approving the Continuation of the Maximum and\nApplied Parcel Charges for Providing Zone D (Parkway Landscape\nMaintenance) Services During Fiscal Year 2024/25, and Calculation\nThereof.\n5. Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2024-__, a Resolution of the Board for the\nMoreno Valley Community Services District of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, Approving the Continuation of the Maximum and\nApplied Parcel Charges for Providing Zone M\n(Commercial/Industrial/Multifamily Improved Median Maintenance)\nServices During Fiscal Year 2024/25, and Calculation Thereof.\n7. Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2024-__, a Resolution of the Board for the\nMoreno Valley Community Services District of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, Approving the Continuation of the Maximum and\nApplied Parcel Charges for Providing Zone S (Sunnymead Boulevard\nMaintenance) Services During Fiscal Year 2024/25, and Calculation\nThereof.\n8. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to adjust the proposed charges in\nthe event there are any parcel changes, clerical errors, or other\nadjustments as may be necessary between the date the parcel\ncharges were calculated and the date the fixed charges are submitted\nto the County of Riverside, provided the applied charges do not\nexceed the maximum charges and are in compliance with the\nformation documents for each zone.
