I.14. AWARD AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE NUISANCE ABATEMENT AND\nWEED ABATEMENT SERVICES (Report of: Financial & Management\nServices)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve and award the Agreement for Citywide General Nuisance and\nWeed Abatement Services to Inland Empire Property Service, Inc.,\n18950 Newman Avenue, Riverside, CA 92508; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute the\nAgreement for On-Site and/or Professional Services for Citywide\nGeneral Nuisance and Weed Abatement Services with Inland Empire\nProperty Service, Inc. in the amount of $2,360,000, subject to the\napproval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute subsequent amendments to the\nAgreement with Inland Empire Property Services, Inc., including the\nauthority to authorize associated purchase orders in accordance with\nthe Agreement’s terms, subject to the approval of the City Attorney\nand within the budgetary amounts previously approved by Council as\npart of the adopted and/or amended budget process.
