APPROVAL OF THE MAXIMUM AND APPLIED SPECIAL TAXES FOR\nCERTAIN COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2024/25 (RESO NOS. 2024-__, 2024-__, 2024-__, and 2024-__) (Report of:\nFinancial & Management Services)\nRecommendations:\n1. As the legislative body of Moreno Valley Community Facilities District\nNo. 5, Adopt Resolution No. 2024-__, a Resolution of the City Council\nof the City of Moreno Valley, California, Approving the Continuation of\nthe Community Facilities District No. 5 of the City of Moreno Valley\nMaximum and Applied Special Tax Rates for Fiscal Year 2024/25, and\nCalculation Thereof.\n2. As legislative body of Moreno Valley Community Facilities District No.\n7, Adopt Resolution No. 2024-__, a Resolution of The City Council of\nthe City of Moreno Valley, California, Approving the Continuation of\nthe Improvement Area No. 1 of Community Facilities District No. 7, of\nthe City of Moreno Valley Maximum and Applied Special Tax Rates for\nFiscal Year 2024/25, and Calculation Thereof.\n3. As the legislative body of Moreno Valley Community Facilities District\nNo. 4-Maintenance, adopt Resolution No. 2024-__, a Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Moreno Valley, California, Approving the\nContinuation of the Community Facilities District No. 4-Maintenance of\nthe City of Moreno Valley Maximum and Applied Special Tax Rates for\nFiscal Year 2024/25, and Calculation Thereof.\n4. As the legislative body of the Community Facilities District No. 2014-01\n(Maintenance Services), adopt Resolution No. 2024-__, a Resolution\nof the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, California, Approving\nthe Continuation of the City of Moreno Valley Community Facilities\nDistrict No. 2014-01 (Maintenance Services) Maximum and Applied\nSpecial Tax Rates for Fiscal Year 2024/25, and Calculation Thereof.\n5. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to adjust the proposed special tax\nrates in the event there are any parcel changes, clerical errors, or other\nadjustments as may be necessary between the date the special taxes\nwere calculated and the date the fixed charges are submitted to the\nCounty of Riverside, provided the applied special tax does not exceed\nthe maximum special tax and is in compliance with the Rate and\nMethod of Apportionment of Special Tax for the district.
