I.23. APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL\nPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH CLARK LAND\nRESOURCES, INC. FOR RIGHT OF WAY SERVICES (Report of: Public\nWorks)\nRecommendations\n1. Approve the Second Amendment to Agreement for On-Call\nProfessional Consultant Services with Clark Land Resources, Inc. to\nprovide Right of Way services, funded by Measure A and other project\nspecific funding;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to\nAgreement for Professional Consultant Services for Right of Way\nServices with Clark Land Resources, Inc., subject to the approval by\nthe City Attorney;\n3. Authorize an amendment to the existing Purchase Order with Clark\nLand Resources, Inc. in the amount of up to but not to exceed\n$150,000 ($74,500 for the original Agreement, $25,000 for the First\nAmendment, plus $50,500 for the Second Amendment to Agreement)\nonce the Agreement has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with Clark Land Resources within City Council\napproved annual budgeted amounts, including the authority to\nauthorize the associated purchase orders in accordance with the\nterms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
