I.19. AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL\nCONSULTANT DESIGN SERVICES TO MICHAEL BAKER\nINTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR STATE ROUTE 60/REDLANDS BOULEVARD\nINTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 801 0064 (Report of:\nPublic Works)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award an Agreement with Michael Baker International, Inc. to provide\nprofessional consultant design services for the State Route\n60/Redlands Boulevard Interchange Improvements project;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement with Michael\nBaker International, Inc., subject to the approval by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Michael Baker\nInternational, Inc., funded by Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee\n(TUMF) Program funds (Fund 3003), in the amount of $2,231,876.31\nwhen the Agreement has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with Michael Baker International, Inc. within the City\nCouncil approved annual budgeted amounts, including the authority to\nauthorize the associated purchase orders in accordance with the\nterms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
