I.24. AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT\nSERVICES AGREEMENT TO ENERGEIA USA, FOR THE UPDATED\nINTEGRATED RESOURCES PLAN FOR THE MORENO VALLEY\nELECTRIC UTILITY (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services to Energeia\nUSA to complete the updated Integrated Resource Plan for the\nMoreno Valley Electric Utility;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement with Energeia\nUSA subject to the approval by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize the issuance of a purchase order, funded by the Electric\nFund 6010, in the amount of $90,205 when the Agreement has been\nsigned by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with Energeia USA within the City Council approved\nannual budgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the\nassociated purchase orders in accordance with the terms of the\nAgreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
