J. COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION 2024 ANNUAL WORKPLAN\nThe Annual Workplan is intended to guide the work of the Community Services\nCommission and outline the areas of focus for the Fiscal Year 2024-25. It\nincludes proposed programs and projects that will be implemented and\ncompleted throughout the year and into 2025. The Commissioners had an open\nand constructive dialogue to develop a plan that best fits in alignment with the\npurpose and scope of the Community Services Commission as well as the City\nof San Gabriel’s Mission. There is no anticipated fiscal impact related to this\nitem. Should funds be needed to complete any of the projects listed that cannot\nbe absorbed into the existing departmental budget, a separate funding request\nwill be made to the City Council at that time.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review and approve the FY 2024-2025\nCommunity Services Commission’s Annual Workplan.
