ORDINANCE NO. 707 DELETING TITLE III, CHAPTER 33.50-33.57 FROM\nTHE SAN GABRIEL MUNICIPAL CODE TO DISSOLVE THE HUMAN EQUITY,\nACCESS AND RELATIONS (HEAR) COMMISSION – SECOND READING AND\nADOPTION\nAdoption of Ordinance No. 707 would dissolve the Human Equity, Access and\nRelations (HEAR) Commission. There is no fiscal impact related to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council waive full reading and adopt Ordinance\nNo. 707 entitled, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Gabriel,\nCalifornia, Deleting Title III, Chapter 33, Sections 33.50-33.57 of the San Gabriel\nMunicipal Code to Remove the Human Equity, Access and Relations\nCommission.
