H. ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT RENEWAL FOR CROSSING\nGUARD SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$187,545\nThe City has had a Professional Services Agreement with All City Management\nServices (ACMS), Incorporated to provide school crossing guard services since\n2014. The current contract expires on June 30, 2024. Crossing guard services\nare currently budgeted in the Police Department’s Contractual Services #121-\n751-00-22-000 in the amount of $200,000 for FY 2024-25. The fiscal impact for\nFiscal Year 2024-2025 would be $187,545, an increase of $13,881. The new rates\nreflect the Los Angeles County price increases due to inflation.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter\ninto a one-year agreement Professional Services Agreement with All City\nManagement Services for crossing guard services for an annual amount of not\nto exceed $187,545 and then reevaluate their services and other opportunities\nfor services in Fiscal Year 2024-25.
