6) CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSITION A EXCHANGE WITH FOOTHILL TRANSIT\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Exchange of $3,000,000 in Proposition A Local Return funds for $2,250,000 in general\nfunds with Foothill Transit; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Assignment Agreement with Foothill Transit, in\nsubstantially the form as attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
