ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-5741, DECLARING THE CITY’S\nINTENTION TO LEVY AND COLLECT LIGHTING AND MAINTENANCE\nDISTRICT ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-2025 AND\nESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PUBLIC OBJECTIONS\nThe City Council is requested to adopt a resolution declaring its intention to levy\nand collect Lighting and Maintenance District assessments for fiscal year for FY\n2024-2025\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept the Engineer’s Report for the Temple City Citywide Lighting and\nMaintenance District for FY 2024-2025; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 24-5741.
