A.8. MARCH JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY SUNSETTING AGREEMENTS\n(Report of: Economic Development)\nRecommendations: That the City Council:\n1. Authorize the execution of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Joint Powers\nAgreement among the Member Agencies (“Fourteenth Amendment”)\nrelating to March Joint Powers Authority (“Authority”) in substantial\nconformance to the form attached herewith as Exhibit A;\n2. Authorize the execution of a Tax and Revenue Sharing Agreement\n(“Agreement”) among the Cities of Moreno Valley, Perris, and Riverside\n(“Cities”) and the County of Riverside (“County”) (collectively known as\n“Member Agencies”) in substantial conformance to the form attached\nherewith as Exhibit B; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute subsequent amendments to\neffectuate said agreements.
