SANTA FE SPRINGS LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1 – ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION\nNO. 9908 AND RESOLUTION NO. 9909 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9908, approving the Engineer’s Report (Fiscal Year\n2024/25) in conjunction with the annual levy of assessments for Street Lighting\nDistrict No. 1; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 9909, declaring the City of Santa Fe Springs’ intention to\nprovide for an annual levy and collection of assessments for Lighting District No.\nMay 21, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 8 of 8\n1, and setting the public hearing for the Council meeting on June 18, 2024 at 6:00\np.m.; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
