11. 24-53326 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB CE-24-413 and award contracts\nto Crisp Enterprises Inc. dba Crisp Imaging of Costa Mesa, CA, and Proforma\nGraphic Source dba Proforma of Corona, CA, to furnish and deliver printing\nservices and related supplies, in an annual aggregate amount of $300,000 and\nauthorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of $60,000, for a total annual\naggregate amount not to exceed $360,000, for a period of two years, with the\noption to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City\nManager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents\nnecessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary subsequent\namendments.
