12. 24-53376 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents\nnecessary including any subgrants or subsequent amendments to amend Contract\nNos. 36723 and 36722 with First to Serve, Inc., of Los Angeles, CA; and Contract\nNos. 36724 and 36677 with Interval House, of Long Beach, CA, to provide\noperation and supportive services for homeless prevention and rapid rehousing, to\nincrease the current term annual aggregate amount by $469,598, for a revised\naggregate amount not to exceed $1,462,716 for the current term; and to increase\nthe renewal term annual aggregate amount by $787,061, for a revised amount not\nto exceed $2,249,777 for the renewal period, at the discretion of the City Manager.\n(Citywide)\nOffice or Department: Health and Human Services\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
