AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT\nAND A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE\nCITY ATTORNEY BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES NAVY AND THE CITY OF\nCORONADO FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS AND USE OF THE NAVAL\nAMPHIBIOUS BASE CORONADO EAST POOL\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement\nand a Memorandum of Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney\nbetween the United States Navy and the City of Coronado for community access\nand use of the Naval Amphibious Base Coronado East Pool.
