A.6. APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CIVIC\nSOLUTIONS, INC., FOR PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES ON AN AS\nNEEDED BASIS (AGMT NO. 2022-72-01) (Report of: Community\nDevelopment)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to Agreement for Planning Consultant\nServices on an As Needed Basis with Civic Solutions, Inc., and authorize\nthe City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Amendment, and any\nsubsequent amendments, and Purchase Orders, subject to the approval\nof the City Attorney, in accordance with approved terms of the agreement\nand within available budget as previously approved by Council;\n2. Authorize an increase of $500,000.00 to the not-to-exceed amount of the\nAgreement with Civic Solutions, Inc., to $550,000.00, funded by fees paid\nby project applicants. Authorize the Purchasing Division Manager to\napprove a change order to increase Purchase Order #2023-507 to Civic\nSolutions, Inc.; and\n3. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or his designee, to make the\nappropriate budget adjustments as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section of\nthis report.
