Mojave Drive and Village Drive Pipeline Repair Project - Notice of Exemption and\nAward of Construction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable Victorville Water District Board of Directors:\n(1) Open and conduct a public hearing, receiving testimony regarding the proposed\ncapital improvement project (CIP);\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Approve the Notice of Exemption and authorize staff to file the notice with the\nOffice of Planning and Research and the County Clerk; and\n(4) Award a construction contract to Kelly’s Underground Construction, Inc., in the\namount of $159,197 for the Mojave Drive and Village Drive Pipeline Repair Project.
