A.19. APPROVE AND EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT WITH ACCO ENGINEERED\nSYSTEMS, INC., FOURTH AMENDMENT WITH IMEG CORPORATION\nFOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT\n803 0053 AND BUDGET APPROPRIATION (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve the Agreement for the Public Safety Building HVAC Replacement\nProject No. 803 0053 with Acco Engineered Systems, Inc, the lowest\nresponsible bidder, and the Fourth Amendment with IMEG Corporation for\nDesign and Construction Support Services, funded through Facility\nConstruction (Fund 3000), Facilities Replacement Reserve (Fund 7330),\nand Equipment Replacement Reserve (Fund 7510);\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for the Public Safety\nBuilding HVAC Replacement with Acco Engineered Systems, Inc. and\nFourth Amendment for Design and Construction Support Services with\nIMEG Corp; and issuance of the Purchase Orders for completion after the\nAgreement and Amendment have been fully executed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent related Extensions\nor Amendments to the Agreements within the authorized funding, subject\nto the approval of the City Attorney; and\n4. Approve Budget Adjustments as contained in the Fiscal Impact section of\nthis report.
