Council to authorize the Assistant City Manager & Parks & Community\nServices Director to work with the Arts Commission to develop a Public\nArt Policy. The policy will reflect the mission of the Arts Commission and\nwill include guidelines regarding submittal process, selection criteria,\ninstallation, deinstallation, insurance, agreements, community\nengagement, and fiscal analysis.\n2.
