A.15. APPROVE THE AGREEMENT WITH MARKS ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR THE\nCITY HALL ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION PROJECT 803 0059 AND\nBUDGET APPROPRIATION (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve the agreement with Marks Architects Inc., for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $152,200 for the preparation of scope and fee\ndocuments in relation to the City Hall Elevator Modernization project 803\n0059; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement using\nfund 3000 Facility Construction;\n2. Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Marks Architects Inc. for\n$152,200 in accordance with approved terms of the agreement;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any amendments, purchase orders\nand/ or change orders, contingent upon approved budget and approval of\nthe City Attorney; and\n4. Approve Budget Adjustments as contained in the Fiscal Impact section of\nthis report.
