Appropriate $52,000 of unallocated funds from the Community Development\nBlock Grant (CDBG) reserves, into the expenditure budget 12-5216 (CDBG\n– Housing Rehab.), to allow for more project grants and the facilitation of\nthose projects under the Housing Rehabilitation program.
