AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR POLICE DISPATCH SERVICES\nWITH THE CITY OF LA HABRA\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement\nwith the City of La Habra to extend police dispatch services at the La Habra\nPolice Department through January 1, 2025; 2) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the\nagreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager, Police Chief, and City Clerk\nto execute the agreement.
