BUDGET AMENDMENT TO FUND AN ASSESSMENT OF THE\nEFFECTIVENESS, EFFICIENCIES, AND STAFFING NEEDS FOR ALL CITY\nDEPARTMENT OPERATIONS\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a budget amendment in the amount of\n$47,400 from the undesignated General Fund reserve balance to allocate\nfunding to the Human Resources Department for the organizational\nassessment of the Police Department for Fiscal Year 2023-24, and an\nadditional $55,000 for Fiscal Year 2024-25 to assess the remaining City\ndepartments.
