I. Dixon Resources Unlimited (DIXON) Parking Support Services\nAmendment No. 2 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7525: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Service Agreement with\nDixon Resources Unlimited (“Dixon”) dated May 28, 2024, to provide\nconsultation and Parking Management Services for compensation in the not-\nto-exceed amount of $135,000 for the Extended Term, and a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $295,650 for the total six years of the Original Term and\nExtended Term; and, 2. City and Consultant desire to further amend the\nAgreement, by this Amendment No. 2, in order to extend the Term by an\nadditional three years, from June 30, 2024 through June 14, 2027, and to\nestablish Consultant’s compensation for the additional three-year term; and, 3.\nAuthorizing and directing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to\nthe Agreement.\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR\nPUBLIC HEARING – None\nUNFINISHED / CONTINUED BUSINESS – None\nNEW BUSINESS
