Dixon Resources Unlimited (DIXON) Parking Support Services\nAmendment No. 2 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7525: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Service Agreement with\nDixon Resources Unlimited (“Dixon”) dated May 28, 2024, to provide\nconsultation and Parking Management Services for compensation in the not-\nto-exceed amount of $135,000 for the Extended Term, and a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $295,650 for the total six years of the Original Term and\nExtended Term; and, 2. Introduce Ordinance 1710 to renew\nOrdinance 1705 and approve the updated Seal Beach Police Department’s\nMilitary Equipment Use Policy – Policy 706.

Citizen-Council Parking Advisory Ad Hoc Committee Recommendations\nand Possible City Council Direction on Parking Program Improvements,\nIncluding Whether and How to Proceed with Paid Parking on Main Street\n- That the City Council receive and file the recommendations of the Citizen-\nCouncil Parking Advisory Ad Hoc Committee and, if desired by the Council,\nprovide direction to staff on whether and how to proceed with paid parking on\nMain Street or to implement other changes to the City’s parking program. If\nthe Council desires to establish a parking meter zone on Main Street and fix\nthe rate of parking meter fees, then staff would return with an ordinance to\nimplement the Council’s direction at a later date.
